Medical Case Details:

24 years married women complaints of severe cramp & bleeding with clots at 5 weeks of gestation.

Any medical emergency needed?

she was taking rest from 4th week itself.

what might be the reason? hormonal imbalance?

she had nausea and gidiness. nausea is still present even after her menstruation. She also had abdominal bloating and heaviness in lower abdomen during her 4th week

    What she needs is a good sonography - transabdominal and transvaginal examination also. One has to rule out ectopic pregnancy.
    Also look for any cyst in the ovary.

    complete bed rest
    tab Duphaston10 mg 4 tabs stat and then one tab twice a day for 60 days and tab folvite 5 mg once a day for 60 days. if USG show visible fetus.
