Are they artifacts? (Microbiology)

Medical Case Details:

Hello, one of my colleagues has gone through this finding in one patient's stool. The picture is attached. Look for the red elements. Wet stool sample unstained. Could it be artifacts or contamination? It appeared in the last 2 consecutive samples. Any lab specialist help is appreciated.
