Chronic Rheumatoid Arthritis and Migraine (Homeopathy)

Swarnava Banerjee., BHMS

Medical Case Details:

I met a patient having rheumatoid arthritis along with left-sided chronic severe headache and loss of sight, nausea, etc. The patient was a female of age around 30 years. I have taken a detailed case history of the patient. The patient had all common symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis with a positive rheumatoid factor. But, the patient has night aggravation of all symptoms. She could not tolerate tight cloths in her body. She has a syphilitic miasmatic background. Taking all symptoms and thorough repertorisation, it is found that "Lachesis" is useful to her. I prescribe Lachesis in LM potency. It is found useful and she got recovered day by day. Minimum 3-6 months required for her cure. So, detailed case taking, taking considerations of miasmatic background, and repertorisation is very important to cure any type of chronic case.
