Medical Case Details:

A 30 years old female patient, C/O bleeding from rectum on and off for the past year. Bleeding was painless—no history of intake of drugs like blood-thinning agents. Proctoscopy revealed third-degree hemorrhoids. The patient underwent Milligan and Morgan open hemorrhoidectomy.
