Acne Vulgaris (Dermatology)

Medical Case Details:

A female who is 35 years old is having Acne Vulgaris for the last one month. At present, she has hormonal imbalances and is taking Tablet Cabergoline 0.5 mg twice a week for the last 5 months because her Prolactin was high. The Dermatologist gave her Clindamycin for local applications and Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 5 days. No relief to date. Please suggest.

    Please add (Benzoyl Peroxide 5% gel) at bedtime,add (Doxycycline 100mg) twice a day for 21 days with probiotic lactobacillus caps twice a day.
    Please check her TSH level.

    I will recommend adding
    - face wash benxep (benzoyl peroxide 4 % )
    BD
    - Cream Skin A @ night time use
    - sunblock for Morning.
