Midline Diastema correction of a 17-year-old Female. (Dentistry)

Medical Case Details:

A female patient of age about 17 years complains about 'gap' between her upper Central Incisors( Midline Diastema), about 4mm of gap. Orthodontic brackets were placed wrt 13,12,11,21,22,23 facing sidewise, and elastic bands were placed such as 11 was pulled by elastic fitted to 21,22,23 & 21 wall pulled by elastic fitted to 11,12,13. After 3 months, a frenectomy was done, followed by fixed orthodontic wire placement. Now, this is what it looked like after 6 months.
