    Dr Deepti,
    Ask for xray.
    Check for halitosis.
Investigate the lower arch. See if at all extraction helps your patient. Get extraction done only if she gets a denture fitted. Because otherwise her upper teeth will impinge on to lower jaw if you remove all her lower teeth.

    Dr Deepthi,
Ask the patient regarding the history of cardiac stent placement and if the patient is on any medication currently for it? A physician's consult might be advisable. Get a radiograph to confirm. Then check the blood sugar level, if it's normal you can proceed with the extraction under antibiotic coverage.
